“What a waste to give up!” is a short film conceived in 2022 to narrate the philosophy at the base of the creative recycling that has led to the new Metamorfosi collection penned by brothers Fernando and Humberto Campana. The story develops over a factory where offcuts are generated, a tailor’s shop where textile remnants are recovered and sewn again, following a creative and skillful method, and an imaginary kid’s world where new possibilities for fabric recycling are looked for. Paola Lenti and Humberto Campana appear at the end on an unexpected and spectacular seat, made of fabric offcuts, to demonstrate that sustainable design really exists.
